Ingredients
1 1/2 cups plain full-fat Greek yogurt 1/4 cup softened cream cheese 2 tablespoons brown sugar 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon Pinch of salt Optional: 1/4 cup natural peanut butter
Instructions
Gather ingredients. Soften cream cheese if needed (microwave 10s bursts). Beat cream cheese, brown sugar, vanilla, and salt until smooth (1 min). Fold in Greek yogurt and cinnamon gently (30s, figure-8 motion). Taste/adjust sweetness/spice. Add PB if desired. Chill 15-30 min optional. Serve with apples, pears, crackers.

Storage: Fridge 5-7 days, freeze 1 month (thaw & stir). Per 2 tbsp: 70 cal, 4g protein, 5g carbs, 4g fat. Tips: Full-fat yogurt for best texture. Stir before serving. Scale for parties.
