- 1 tbsp black tea leaves or 2 tea bags
- 1 cinnamon stick or ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey

Instructions
- Heat milk and cinnamon over low heat until fragrant.
- Add tea and steep for 4–5 minutes.
