Thanksgiving Pizza: The Ultimate Leftover Transformation

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup turkey or chicken gravy
  • 2 tbsp chopped onions
  • ¾ cup prepared stuffing
  • 1 cup cooked turkey, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp jellied cranberry sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and prepare a pizza pan.
  2. Roll out pizza dough on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Spread gravy evenly over the dough as the sauce.
  4. Top with onions and chopped turkey.
  5. Sprinkle stuffing evenly, then add mozzarella cheese.
  6. Bake for 15–17 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is melted.
  7. Remove from oven and spoon cranberry sauce over the top.
  8. Slice and serve warm.

Notes

  • Use leftover gravy slightly warmed so it spreads easily.
  • Do not overload toppings to keep the crust crisp.
  • Bake directly on a pizza stone for extra crunch.
