- 1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup turkey or chicken gravy
- 2 tbsp chopped onions
- ¾ cup prepared stuffing
- 1 cup cooked turkey, chopped
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp jellied cranberry sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and prepare a pizza pan.
- Roll out pizza dough on a lightly floured surface.
- Spread gravy evenly over the dough as the sauce.
- Top with onions and chopped turkey.
- Sprinkle stuffing evenly, then add mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 15–17 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is melted.
- Remove from oven and spoon cranberry sauce over the top.
- Slice and serve warm.
Notes
- Use leftover gravy slightly warmed so it spreads easily.
- Do not overload toppings to keep the crust crisp.
- Bake directly on a pizza stone for extra crunch.
