- 2 cups water
- Extra sugar for coating
Instructions
- Wash oranges, cut peels into strips.
- Boil peels for 5 minutes, drain, repeat 3–5 times.
- Simmer peels in sugar and water for 45–60 minutes.
- Drain, coat with sugar, and dry 3–4 hours.
- Store in an airtight container.
Notes
