Ingredients

  • Dark chocolate (70% cocoa)
  • Unsalted butter
  • Eggs
  • Caster sugar
  • Plain flour
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Melt chocolate & butter: Gently melt together until smooth and glossy.
  2. Mix batter: Whisk eggs, sugar, flour, and salt until smooth.
  3. Combine: Fold melted chocolate mixture into the batter.
  4. Prepare ramekins: Butter and flour 250 ml ramekins.
  5. Bake: Fill ramekins halfway and bake at 200°C (392°F) for 10–12 minutes.
  6. Serve: Rest 5 minutes, then unmould or serve directly in ramekins.
