Ingredients
- Olive oil
- Onion, garlic, carrots, celery
- Gluten-free pasta
- Vegetable broth
- Kale, chopped
- Tomato paste
- Seasonings: salt, pepper, Italian herbs
Instructions
- Sauté onion, garlic, carrots, and celery in olive oil.
- Add vegetable broth, tomato paste, and simmer 15 mins.
- Add gluten-free pasta and cook until tender.
- Stir in kale until wilted.
