Fall Apple and Cranberry: A Seasonal Culinary Celebration


Ingredients

  • 2 apples, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • 2 tbsp butter or olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: walnuts or pecans

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add apples and cook until just tender.
  3. Stir in cranberries, honey, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Cook 2–3 minutes until glossy and fragrant.
  5. Finish with nuts if using and serve warm.

Notes

Serve as a side dish, sandwich filling, salad topper, or dessert base. Honeycrisp or Granny Smith apples work best.
