- 2 apples, thinly sliced
- ½ cup dried cranberries
- 2 tbsp butter or olive oil
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- Optional: walnuts or pecans
Instructions
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add apples and cook until just tender.
- Stir in cranberries, honey, cinnamon, and salt.
- Cook 2–3 minutes until glossy and fragrant.
- Finish with nuts if using and serve warm.
Notes
Serve as a side dish, sandwich filling, salad topper, or dessert base. Honeycrisp or Granny Smith apples work best.
