- 10 oz marshmallows (mini or regular)

- Egg-shaped cookie cutter
Instructions
- Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with butter or nonstick spray.
- In a large saucepan over low heat, melt the butter.
- Add marshmallows and stir continuously until completely melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- Add Rice Krispies cereal and gently fold until evenly coated.
- Press mixture firmly into the prepared baking dish using a greased spatula.
- Allow to cool and set for 20–30 minutes at room temperature.
- Use an egg-shaped cookie cutter to cut out egg shapes.
- Decorate with pastel icing, sprinkles, or edible glitter as desired.
- Let icing set before serving.
Notes
Do not overheat marshmallows to avoid hard treats. Lightly butter hands or spatula to prevent sticking. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. Undecorated treats can be frozen for up to 1 month.
