Description
Easter Dirt Cups are a fun, no-bake layered dessert made with crushed Oreo cookies, pastel vanilla pudding, fluffy whipped topping, coconut grass, and festive Peeps and candy eggs. Perfect for Easter brunch, classroom parties, and spring celebrations.

- 1 package (3.4 oz) vanilla instant pudding mix
- 2 cups cold milk
- 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed
- 20 Oreo cookies, filling removed
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- Green food coloring
- Pink, purple, yellow, or blue food coloring
- Peeps marshmallow bunnies or chicks
- Mini chocolate or jelly candy eggs
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk vanilla pudding mix with cold milk for 2 minutes until thickened.
- Let pudding set for 5 minutes.
- Divide pudding into separate bowls and tint each with pastel food coloring.
- Fold whipped topping into each bowl until smooth and fluffy.
- Remove filling from Oreo cookies and crush into fine crumbs using a food processor or sealed bag.
- In clear cups, add a layer of Oreo crumbs.
- Add a layer of colored pudding on top.
- Repeat layers until cups are filled, ending with Oreo crumbs.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
- Place shredded coconut in a bag with a few drops of green food coloring and shake until evenly coated.
- Top each cup with green coconut grass.
- Decorate with Peeps and candy eggs before serving.
Notes
Assemble pudding and Oreo layers a day ahead and store refrigerated. Add coconut grass and decorations just before serving for best appearance. Use clear cups to showcase colorful layers.
