Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (for topping)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • ½ cup white chocolate chips
  • Pastel food coloring (pink, blue, yellow)
  • ½ cup Easter sprinkles
  • ½ cup mini candy eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl whisk together melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla extract and whisk until the mixture becomes glossy.
  4. In another bowl combine flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
  5. Fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Stir in the chocolate chips.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
  8. Bake for 30–35 minutes until the edges are set and the center is slightly soft.
  9. Allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan.
  10. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil until smooth and spread over the cooled brownies.
  11. Melt white chocolate and divide into bowls, then color with pastel food coloring.
  12. Drizzle the colored white chocolate over the brownies.
  13. Decorate with sprinkles and mini candy eggs before the chocolate sets.
  14. Let the topping harden before slicing into squares and serving.

Notes

For deeper chocolate flavor, add 1 teaspoon of brewed espresso or coffee to the batter. Store brownies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or refrigerate for up to 1 week.
