- 2 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 12 oz garlic parmesan wing sauce
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 16 oz rotini pasta (or pasta of choice)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (garnish)
- Red pepper flakes (optional garnish)
Instructions
- Add chicken breasts, cream cheese, chopped onion, garlic parmesan wing sauce, and milk to the crock pot.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 3–4 hours or HIGH for 1–2 hours, until chicken is tender.
- Shred the chicken directly in the slow cooker and stir it back into the sauce.
- Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain.
- Stir cooked pasta and grated parmesan cheese into the crock pot mixture until well combined.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Garnish with parsley and red pepper flakes before serving.
Notes
Use freshly grated parmesan for best flavor. Add a splash of heavy cream for a richer sauce. Great with spinach, mushrooms, sun-dried tomatoes, or bacon. Store leftovers in the fridge up to 4 days; reheat with a little milk or cream.
