- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 4 oz bittersweet chocolate, chopped
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons corn syrup
- 2 tablespoons sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a bundt pan.
- In a saucepan, melt butter with cocoa powder, salt, and water until smooth.
- In a large bowl, whisk flour, sugar, and baking soda.
- Pour warm cocoa mixture into dry ingredients and mix well.
- Add eggs, sour cream, and vanilla; whisk until smooth.
- Pour batter into prepared bundt pan.
- Bake 40–45 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in pan for 15 minutes, then invert onto a rack.
- For glaze, heat chocolate, cream, corn syrup, and sugar until glossy.
- Drizzle glaze over cooled cake and let set before serving.
Notes
Grease the bundt pan thoroughly to prevent sticking. Sour cream may be replaced with full-fat Greek yogurt. Allow cake to cool fully before glazing for best results.
