Ingredients

- 2 ounces fresh lime juice
- 2 ounces fruit jam (strawberry, blackberry, peach, apricot, or fig)
- 4 ounces lime seltzer or sparkling water
- Ice cubes
- Coarse salt or tajin, for rimming the glass
- Lime wedges, for garnish
- Optional: sliced jalapeño for a spicy kick
Instructions
- Run a lime wedge around the rim of a glass and dip into salt or tajin.
- Fill the glass with ice.
- In a shaker or jar, combine lime juice and jam with ice.
- Shake vigorously for 20–30 seconds until frothy and well mixed.
- Strain into the prepared glass over ice.
- Top with lime seltzer or sparkling water.
- Garnish with lime wedges or jalapeño slices and serve immediately.
Notes
Use smooth jam for best texture. Adjust sweetness by adding more or less jam. For extra fizz, top with chilled sparkling water just before serving. This mocktail is easy to scale for pitchers.
