Banana Pudding Easter Truffles are creamy no-bake dessert bites made with crushed vanilla wafers, banana pudding mix, and cream cheese, then coated in pastel white chocolate. These festive truffles are perfect for Easter brunch, spring parties, and homemade edible gifts.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups crushed vanilla wafers
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 package banana pudding mix (3.4 oz)
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips or candy melts
  • Pastel food coloring (pink, yellow, blue)
  • ½ cup Easter sprinkles (optional)
  • ¼ cup crushed vanilla wafers for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Crush the vanilla wafers into fine crumbs using a food processor or rolling pin.
  2. In a mixing bowl combine crushed wafers, softened cream cheese, banana pudding mix, milk, and vanilla extract.
  3. Mix until a thick dough forms.
  4. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking tray.
  5. Refrigerate the truffle balls for 30 to 45 minutes until firm.
  6. Melt the white chocolate chips or candy melts in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  7. Divide the melted chocolate into bowls and tint each with pastel food coloring.
  8. Dip each chilled truffle into the melted chocolate until fully coated.
  9. Place the coated truffles back on the parchment tray.
  10. Immediately decorate with sprinkles or crushed wafers before the coating sets.
  11. Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes until the chocolate hardens.
  12. Serve chilled and enjoy your festive Banana Pudding Easter Truffles.

Notes

Store truffles in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. They can also be frozen for up to 2 months. For best presentation, decorate with sprinkles or crushed wafers immediately after dipping while the coating is still soft.
