- 12–16 tablespoons hot water (3–4 tablespoons per ramekin)

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (177°C).
- Lightly grease ramekins or silicone cups with cooking spray.
- Add 3–4 tablespoons of hot water into each ramekin.
- Crack one egg carefully into each ramekin.
- Place ramekins in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 5–7 minutes depending on yolk preference.
- For runny yolks cook about 5 minutes; for medium yolks cook 6–7 minutes.
- Carefully remove ramekins using oven mitts or tongs.
- Gently loosen the egg with a small spatula or spoon.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately on toast, vegetables, or breakfast bowls.
Notes
Cooking time may vary slightly depending on the air fryer model. Always add hot water to the ramekin to help the egg whites set properly. Silicone cups, ramekins, or oven-safe dishes all work well for this recipe.
